Chiltington Associates has the experience, skills and flexibility to offer and support its clients with a range of Leadership Development options. These range from a 2 hour coaching session to a fully ‘training needs assessed’ development programme for staff ranging from supervisory to executive level.
In consultation with the Sponsor, any training needs assessment already carried out is used to develop and design appropriate content, ranging from ‘organisational need’ to ‘personal development opportunities’ for participants, to ensure and deliver maximum value to your organisation.
Where a training needs assessment has not been undertaken we have the necessary skills and expertise to carry out this important aspect quickly with the least disruption.
Any learning outcomes would then be agreed and supported by the programme content.
An example of one our programmes is outlined here and, in association with Learning 2 Achieve Ltd. Performance Landscape, we can offer programmes endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). These can be delivered at supervisory, middle manager and senior manager levels.
