We have trained hundreds of individuals in all aspects of critical incident management from defining what is a critical incident, to the initial response required in the ‘golden minutes’, to returning to normality, including where necessary, post incident investigation.
We offer two levels of training – an initial module where participants knowledge and understanding is enhanced to; be able to define a critical incident, understand the leadership models used in critical incident management, appreciate the critical success factors to ensure a positive outcome, including the requirements of other agencies that could be involved in the incident and risk, policy and audit matters.
The advanced critical incident management module is designed for those individuals who, having attended the initial module, are likely to be involved in more complex or frequent critical incidents where the skill sets and leadership aspects are more strategic and demanding including issues around civil and criminal judicial procedures.
We can review and test your contingency plans and have the full resources, experience and skill to ensure your organisation is properly prepared and trained to effectively deliver your contingency plans.
Crisis / Critical incident management
